I’ll be planting a 4 clover mix this fall at 25lbs per acre and when factoring in PLS and germination should put me at about 12lbs per acre.
Trying to decide how much grain per acre to add to it. This will be all throw and mow. I was thinking 100lbs but open to suggestions. I do want to favor the clover in terms of density.

I have good success with a mix of wheat, cereal rye and triticale at @ 70# per acre. You should expect loss on throw and mow and that loss is hard to factor year to year. I always buy at least one extra bag of cereal rye to fill in if needed later.
