Looks like NPR retracted its statement and said they published in error. I saw where Fox News and CBS reported a few months ago that he has already started hiring his law clerks and doesn’t plan to retire this year. I would like to see someone who is truly America first get the nod. In my opinion Ted Cruz is a hard no Ted Cruz is far from America First. If any of the judges retire or die, you can be certain that Trump will pick somebody consistent with the others he has picked. And that hasn't proven a great thing. Gorsuch is fine...Kav is fine. ACB is the only swing and miss.
