Yes

I found a website that has them listed, but it's way outdated. Info is several months old.

It will be settled in the courts; for better or worse.
The recent legal friction and industry responses center on specific aspects of the technology
:Recent SCOTUS Precedent: In June 2026, the Supreme Court ruled in Chatrie v. United States that police must obtain a warrant to demand bulk "geofence" location data from tech companies. While this case focused on cell phones, legal experts argue it strengthens ongoing challenges against sweeping, warrantless government surveillance using Flock camera networks.

:Ongoing Lawsuits: The Institute for Justice is currently challenging cities over their use of Flock networks, arguing that the constant collection and storage of drivers' movements—even those not suspected of any crime—violates the Fourth Amendment. This includes a pending appeal in the Fourth Circuit (Schmidt v. City of Norfolk).

:Flock Safety's Defense: The company and its defenders maintain that ALPRs differ from cell phone tracking. They argue that taking discrete photos of vehicles on public roads does not constitute a "search" under the Fourth Amendment, a distinction supported by historical legal precedent for public photography.

:Local Pushback: Amid these legal uncertainties, some municipalities are beginning to reconsider the technology. For example, Newport, Kentucky, recently ended its Flock pilot program, citing public feedback and recent developments in Fourth Amendment law.

I have seen where cameras are being added to school buses. Its not just for folks that pass a stopped bus, captures every car and logs it in the db.

I got some $ tied up in long positions on Palantir, so I hope it does something soon. Been taking a bath lately, but keep buying it on the dip. Hoping that strategy pays off.

I finally created a stock list for one of my Fidelity Funds so I can tell when the top 10 holdings are down, makes buying on the dip easier.

The phone in your pocket tracks you much better than a camera on the side of the road. The system to shut your arse down is already in place. The FLOCKS are a diversion technique to make you look the other way.

I'm working on my conspiracy game. Practice, practice, practice!

Look how compliant the Chinese have become.
When asked how things are they always seem to say, “We can’t complain”

This is correct. How many people have been convicted of stuff because their phone pinged at the crime scene

That being said the I don’t need no damn Flock cameras watching me. I agreed to the phone but not the cameras on every path.

I think the good uses outweigh the bad. I could care less if I get my picture made. Some of y'all need to take your tin foil hats off.

Everyone’s ring doorbell or similar devices record constantly. My security camera pickup every vehicle going down the street.

We’re tracked basically with everything we do. I m a literally everything. You are product to be sold to. You are being analyzed and manipulated to purchase this that or the other. Manipulation form all this information is all round us.

All that being said I agree with you and do not like it at all.

My point is that genie has been out of the bottle for so long, it’s not going back in

China is anytime example of where we’re headed. During Covid it was very dystopian living there. Knew a fellow that lived there during. He kept posting videos connected him and was like they’re gonna come down on you. He want worried because he said they only went after their own. Ignoring foreigners.
