Probably spent too much - always wanted top end binoculars but did not want to pay swaro price. Had cheaper end zeiss - under $500
Optics planet had by far best deal i hav seen - think it was $1389 for 10x42 vortex razor UHD’s. By far nicest glass i hav purchased and i hav great zeiss and high end meopta scopes. This will be on plain with lieca - and not far from swaro
The 10x42 retail on uhd is $2500 and you will do really well to find it at$1525
$1700-1800 easier to find

Good snag! You will not be able to tell a dimes worth of difference between the Vortex UHD and the best binoculars Swarovski, Zeiss, or Leica has to offer. I own a pair of Swarovski EL SV 10X50’s and I have owned Leica’s and Zeiss. I have looked through the Vortex UHD’s and they are great binoculars.
