Vortex did me right on a pair of binos with their warranty.

I've got several vortex scopes. More than satisfied with them - usage from 50 yd food plot shots to 1250 yards at the range.

You gonna pull them pistols, or whistle Dixie?

I run nothing but Vortex on all my rifles. Had to warranty one because I fell down and broke the scope. Was entirely my fault. They replaced it with an UPGRADE. I have had no issues with vortex and have shot them now for over 12 years.

I have a Vortex Razor HD; Japan made, spotting scope. Been very pleased with it.

Vortex used to make some fine woods binos , the Viper 6X32. But like all scope and bino makers , they dropped the lower power woods optics.

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.

Vortex Japan/Razor stuff is as reliable as anything out there, and much more than some stuff. I’ve sent some of my Leupold stuff back under warranty, but not yet on Vortex. I’ve got Razor LH scopes that I’ve had for years and a lot of rounds on all sorts of rifles. I’d take them anywhere. It’s possible some of the folks turning up their nose at them may have some sympathetic bias gained from others, along with some vernacular. wink

Think this one was from Philippines. Other than it got blurry it’s done well, been in some nasty weather and always has held zero fine on a .300 wm.

Well, the thing is: There are few comparable options these days with regards to glass quality, useful hunting reticles, durability, tracking, and warranty…for the $.
