Due to a member passing & another having extensive surgery this morning I’m going to put this back out
1003 acres between Ethelsville & Carrollton.
Clubhouse .
Camper hookups with sewer, power & water
This will be the 8th yr I’ve had this lease. Before that Tru-Talker had the lease for 2 years.
We shoot 3yr old + 8pt better mountable deer.
Great deer numbers with quality bucks
Land consists of mostly select cut pines with several nice hardwood stands. Close to a mile of gasline.
Property is secluded with little to no traffic and has 2 major creeks running through the property.. One borders the NW part of the property and the other runs through 70% of the land.
$1700 includes power & water.

Good place to hunt and Morris is a stand up guy. Hunted here with Morris couple years ago and my son killed his largest buck to date. 148”main frame 8. Very sad to hear about Sgt Mike passing. He was an absolute great guy and friend. Camp will not be the same without him.

Bump for a good club. I was in it last season. Great group of guys and plenty of deer. I would say I saw deer 9 out of 10 sits. Nice camp house with bathroom and shower. Low pressure with only 6 members.

ill pay the $1700 for the thunder chickens  jk between the travel ball all over the SE and JV baseball my woods time will be very limited but ill take the GPS and come provide security every now and then

Yes, the thunder chickens is always a hot topic. I have a handshake agreement with a fella for sole turkey rights. I’m honoring that until he doesn’t want it. I’ve had MANY people try to sway me from that, but I’m not doing it.

I get tons of questions about the turkeys. I have a handshake agreement with an aldeer member to lease exclusive rights. Until he tells me he doesn’t want it I will not under any circumstance break my agreement. Yes some years that puts me personally out more each year but my word is my word.
