If you ever get out to Henegar, the Jenkins Cattle Company right in town has some great tuna. Its already seared and sliced and frozen. Stick in the fridge overnight and its ready for a salad the next day. Its reasonably priced also, I bought 10 packs lol. I don't even heat it. We also just eat it with some soy for an appetizer.
