They must be withholding all the evidence that definitively puts him shooting Charlie for the trial. Maybe the “mountain of evidence” they promised us will come out in the actual trial. There’s too many holes in what they have introduced, so far. The text are pretty damning and many are different than reported initially. Imagine that Those can be manipulated. Kinda like getting a call from a spoofed number. Things aren’t always as they seem. There’s been way more head scratching things that happened after the murder to really trust what’s going on. I guess now is the appropriate time to explain the difference between a preliminary hearing, which is what this is, and a trial for those that are mixed up right now. All the prosecution has to do in a Prelim is show that there is a probability that Robinson did it. Not beyond a reasonable doubt. Don't let your zeal for a good conspiracy have you getting the two mixed up. If anything, I'd say the prosecution let it go on too long because they long ago met their Probable Cause burden in this case. Usually the defense just waives this step. In this case though they wanted to see just what the prosecution had before filing for Discovery. I think the Prosecution played too much of their hand too early.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
