Appreciate it, guys.
I’ve been using this recipe for several years, it’s always turned out great.
Nothing but, course ground pepper and course salt. Spritzed with a , apple cider/water mixture.
Along with one of my son in law’s, we had a large rib cooking, several years ago. Had four different seasoned ribs.
The salt and pepper was the overwhelming favorite.
