……and nothing here?

Candace’s receipts are being shutdown one by one

Is that why it’s a nothing burger?

New information and videos coming out in trial kinda shows that not everything is released to the public. I’d guess that’s what causes conspiracies to thrive. Nothing new in the world of law enforcement and prosecution. You don’t show your entire hand until it’s time.

He'll get found guilty and then appeal and then nothing will happen.
They want Charlie Kirk's memory and work to go away forever. Thats why Erika Kirk and her handlers turned TPUSA into a clown show.

The lead detective was not aware that they had paved over the crime scene within a couple of days after the killing until he saw it on the news.
The judge had to throw out the states video compilation evidence because it was heavily edited.
The cop who first got to the roof top had his body camera battery mysteriously die when he got up there.

In a reasonable courtroom there is enough evidence to throw the trial out but he'll get found guilty because they need to close the book on Charlie Kirk. He was asking too many obvious questions about things that so many folks are asking about now.

But he hasn't confessed and plead guilty. If he plead guilty he would avoid the death penalty. So what's going on here?

That's because he thinks he can get away with it. And thanks to idiots like Candace Owens, he might.

Incorrect. In Utah, the prosecution has to agree to pulling the death penalty off the table in the case of a guilty plea.

The prosecution in his case has made it crystal clear that they are 100% pursuing the death penalty.

So, a guilty plea is not an option here for saving Tyler's life.

Prosecutors have not offered a plea deal. No guarantee that if he pleads guilty, he still will not be sentenced to death. Utah has some strange rules about aggravated murder. It can be mitigated down but there are several specific requirements, none of which appear to have been met in this case. Read an article in Newsweek on it while sitting at the dentist. Article seemed to indicate that this mitigation deal was his only way to avoid the DP.

Regardless of if he actually killed Charlie or not, the result is still the same.
The similarities to this shooting and the Butler assassination attempt on Trump are remarkably similar. That is what has perplexed me about this.

The end result though is that Charlie's dead, TPUSA is dead, and the threat that Charlie was becoming to the establishment is gone.

Correct...it has to be mitigated as EED (extreme emotional defense), and there are strict rules relating to the defense in "proving" EED.

One thing that Robinson does have in his favor, however...death penalty sentencing HAS to be unanimous in Utah. If one juror refuses the death penalty, then it's off the table.

I don't know if he did or did not kill CK. I 100% know that a normal 30/06 bullet, shot from ~100 yards away, did not directly hit CK in the neck.

Is there proof that it was deflected off a bullet proof vest or something?

I've killed way more than my fair share of animals with rifles and there's one thing that I have learned over the years about high velocity projectiles......while they, and the results from them, are generally fairly predictable, there is no true guarantee on terminal performance or what happens after the trigger is pulled. You can shoot an animal in the exact same spot, shooting the exact same loads out of the same box and sometimes you'll get explosive exits and big holes, with lots of trauma, and for seemingly no reason, other times you dont. Sometimes a bullet will deflect off something just after impact and exit or end up 90 degrees from the direction in which it was traveling when the animal was hit.

Not to mention, we have zero idea of what type of bullet was used, velocity, age of the ammo, etc., etc. There are way to many unknowns to make a statement like that BB.

Yep. Always, never, 100%.....have learned that you can only be 100% some of the time smile
