Since we're bitching about traffic.... If you're at a four lane intersection, and are planning on going straight across, get in the left lane so others can take a right on red and not have to wait through an entire traffic cycle.
I used to have to deal with this all the time at Dallas and Hooper heading back from work. I tried and tried to figure out what law they broke so I could deal with it, but never could come up with anything reasonable. Like I was taught early in my career and passed it on many times, Dumbassery in itself, isn't a crime.
