My wife's aunt was having issues with hers. And they told her she needed a new unit for around $11,000. I called Brown's and they sent out a guy to check it. A loose wire outside was causing the issue. They charged her $250 to fix it. See, that's when I'd publicly put that company on blast and make sure EVERYONE I could possibly reach heard about it. Literal thieves The company was Sentry out of Birmingham. She had just had the furnace replaced. So I was already leary of the quote. But the tech said the only problem was the wire. Brown's earned her business going forward.
