All of our peppers (jalapenos, bell, banana, and gypsy) have been doing outstanding. We caged them to prevent the deer from eating the leaves and stems - and they have produced and grown unlike anything we have had in the past. I don't think anything is close to 5', but I'd say they are close to 4+.
