There's a prevalent and predictable trend of AWDD (Attention Whore Deficit Disorder) on here that borders on mental illness where it's a race among a select few to post the bad (arguably not always bad) news of the day and apply emphasis upon it while at the same time never acknowledging any positive happening with our borders or within our areas of concern otherwise. It starts at the top. This place has changed for the worse over the last few years. A lot of us original members are in our last years on this planet and pre Covid we made it through the tumultuous years with an allegiance among us that was solidly founded on conservative/Christian beliefs and principals. We went WAY out of our way time and time again to help one another and never gave it a second thought. Since Covid, there is a fragmented culture in here that is so far from the original brotherhood that WE had that I don't recognize it any more. Call it freedom of speech, call it a sign of the times or whatever you want but the fact that dozens of original members that have logged off, never to return speaks volumes. I've never been able to befriend my enemies and if your core belief is to wake up and carry out your day 180 degrees from my way of life, then you qualify as my enemy. I can count on less than both hands the number of original members that I'd stand shoulder to shoulder with and fight the fight until the end when it comes to men having to do bad things. Based on what I read on here every day, I'd hate to have the rest of y'all as a neighbor.
