Ordered a bunch of parts from them to get the little 5hp Yamaha I got 6 years ago back in shape. Ordered about $200 worth of odds and ends that needed replacing in the fuel system and missing parts. Showed in stock or cross shipped in 3-5 days when I ordered. Just got an email from them that about 75% of the parts I need have to come from Japan and the lead time is 4-6 weeks. I tried ordering all these parts from them about 5 years ago in the middle of COVID, and they cancelled my order because they couldn't fulfill the order. Had to fight to get my money back. You'd think I'd have learned the first time not to do business with them. Any good online parts dealers I should look into?

Partsvu.com. I order all my Yamaha F150 parts from them.

Shipping delays from Crowley made me switch to Partsvu as well.

Six weeks in and no parts. Same ole story, waiting on parts. "So why are the parts I need showing in stock or 3-5 day lead, when you're telling me you're still waiting on them from Japan?" This will be the last time I deal with them.

I quit on them earlier this year for the exact same treatment. I have ordered from Partsvu and Yamaha Online Parts with great service from both recently. NEVER again will I order from Crowley.

Only good thing I can say about them is their parts diagrams are top notch and easy to use. Makes it that much easier to get the part numbers I need and order from someone else. At this point I'm just gonna quit worrying about it and maybe one day I'll get an early Christmas present.
