So, if you compare this incident to the Anthony/ Metcalf incident she goes down, Metcalfs actions didn’t warrant getting killed. Texas has stand your ground also, thoughts?

Anyone advancing on someone with a gun intends harm to the person with the gun. I'd think that's common sense.
She's pointing the gun, meaning stay away. He advanced. He paid for it with his life.
This is FAFO at it's most perfect state.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

Two totally different situations. That kid was somewhere he shouldn’t be, was asked to leave, initiated contact by being belligerent, then pulled out a knife when he was shoved. That’s not self defense. He should’ve left. This man could’ve left too and chose to continue arguing with a woman holding a gun. Most of what gets ppl in trouble is pride and stupidity. A parking place ain’t worth arguing over when guns are involved. Go buy your groceries and go home. The more I see from incident she’ll walk. All she has to do is articulate in court that he was acting in a way that left her threatened and she thought he intended harm on his approach. He had opportunity to leave her there waving her gun and he didn’t do it.

Just finding it hard to digest that, hands on, Metcalf situation results in a death and 35 years and a dude advancing on a gun drawn and results in a death a d someone walking. In both cases the reaction wasn’t justified for the situation.
