Anybody remember the white dude that shot the black dude after being pushed down? Well he got 30 yrs if im not mistaken. This man never touched this bitch, so how should this case be any different? Well I’m not familiar with that incident but if he was pushed down, and retaliated with a gun shot, that isn’t a stand your ground scenario. That’s retaliation. So if that’s what happened that’s how it would be different. Si someone that physically assaults you is not stand your ground ,but shooting someone that doesn't touch you is stand your ground? It depends. Like I said I’m not familiar with that incident. Did he push him down and then turn and walk away? Did he push him down in self defense? There is a reason he was convicted. Does the state he was convicted in even have a stand your ground law? Like I said I’m not familiar with it.
