Anybody remember the white dude that shot the black dude after being pushed down? Well he got 30 yrs if im not mistaken. This man never touched this bitch, so how should this case be any different?
Well I’m not familiar with that incident but if he was pushed down, and retaliated with a gun shot, that isn’t a stand your ground scenario. That’s retaliation. So if that’s what happened that’s how it would be different.
