Humans are Primates. Taxonomy 101. A taxonomic classification completely devoid of the acknowledgement of a creator. Yes, we are defined as primates, because we share similar characteristics. That doesn’t mean it’s right though does it? Humans are in the Order of Primates, The Family of Hominids, The Genus of Homo, and the Specie of Sapien. There is nothing wrong with how Biologists have classified our specie. I guess my point is that I don’t agree with it because of this: The entire animal classification system is based off the assumption evolution is fact. It is not fact. It is theory. A broken one at that. Do we share some characteristics with primates? Absolutely. Should we be in the same order? Not necessarily. Clearly my opinion and it’s based off a biblical world view.
