Agree with the points you made. Both made choices that were quite dumb. Florida's "Stand-Your-Ground Law" has been upheld often though the other video shows her going back to her car and then getting out of her car with the pistol. Him "almost" leaving and then returning would be points in her favor as he then advanced on her.

Just from the video and what was written she would not of been in threat of her life if she had just drove off. The man would not be dead if he would of just drove off. If these two do not tie for Walmart idiot of the day they gotta be at least a close 2nd.
