Charts I saw , as of today, show pork futures rising through October . Smithfield Foods stock isn't reflecting a sharp downturn in the near future either.



Seen a report today, feeder cow futures down $2 for August and dropping everyday, hog futers dropped every day this week at an already low, and rice was up 40%, higher than beans and corn by a bunch! I dont know anything about the stock market, im talking futures

Smithfield Foods is the largest pork producer in the world.

Nope, i listen to the market reports on the rural channel on xm. They had about a half hour ling report today saying what i said. Truth is i beleive you more than anything i heard on the radio. Disregard my report i guess. Is rice up , like they said? Made abig deal about that
