I’ve done several different types of firecracker sauces and they’re all pretty decent. This one is simple. Sweet chili sauce, Mayo, Sriracha and lime juice. Usually start 50/50 on the sweet chili and mayo and just adjust based on your preference of color and sweetness. Add as much sriracha as you like for heat. Finish with a TSP or 2 of lime juice.
The other sauce was good as well. 50/50 mayo and sour cream. Couple TSP of garlic powder, 1-2 TBS of lime juice and as much sriracha as you like to add color and a little heat.
