Catholic Church was the original, the orthodox split from us. Don’t see how orthodox can be the original when they have no leader, no ecumenical councils since the great schism, and have no ability to say who is in schism and who isn’t. Not to mention orthodox has female deacons

Do you know of any good places to eat in Gulf Shores or orange beach? Also what is your stance on Israel and do you shoot fixed blades or expandables? I was warned by my friends to be thick skinned and that I would get some not so friendly comments. It’s all good and all in good fun too I’m sure. The troll thing is pretty funny. I’m gonna be tied up for a bit at Disney world rest of the week but hope you all have a happy 4th. 250 is a big deal! Plus my team is out of the World Cup so I need some time to heal.

Look at how some Catholic popes have behaved throughout the centuries and you can see why Orhodoxy didn't want one And Orthodoxy claims the same thing concerning the schism... and they claim the schism happened because those who formed Catholocism were adding to what was already there... and they weren't wrong.

I find it hard to believe that someone has been a member here for twenty plus years and you have low post count, then all of the sudden starts posting like a tornado going through a trailer park, and only in political threads to troll others. If these new political posters haven't met a long standing member here, then I don't trust them.
