Deer have eaten well over half of my sunflowers 2 acres. Proso millet will be broad cast if nothing else. What else can I plant this late or is it too late to plant??? North Alabama. Thanks

I would go with millet as well. I planted some proso and brown top millet this weekend. Throw in some areas of top sown wheat when it gets closer to season and you should be in the chips if you have any birds around.

I like running a fire through when it’s dry after bush hogging and then top sow some wheat.. with just a tickle of the disk to make it “prepped”
