A lot of folks are calling out collusion with Iran for the way the markets are being manipulated. The shooting started at 30 minutes after the markets closed on Friday and low and behold the shooting has stopped 30 minutes before the markets opened tonight. Its obvious as hell whats going on. People in high offices in Iran and the US have a backroom market manipulation deal going on.

The United States of America undertakes, with regional partners, to develop a definitive mutually agreed plan with at least USD 300 Billion, for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The mechanism for the implementation of this plan will be finalized as part of final Deal within 60 days. All required licenses, waivers and permissions needed for the relevant financial transactions will be granted by the United States of America. Funds will be supplied by regional partners. US agrees to provide licenses, waivers and permissions to allow the neighboring countries to invest in Iranian businesses and infrastructure (meaning we will not stop it like we have been doing, with sanctions and banking laws). The USD 300 billion does not mean the US is giving $300 billion. That is the size of the fund to be established and the USD denotes the currency used in determining fund size. There's a big difference between 300 billion USD and 300 billion Rials or Dinar. It could have been designated in Iraqi Dinars, or Iranian Rials but most of the neighboring countries that will be involved and investing (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc,) use USD as their currency. Hence the USD 300 Billion in the MOA.

The $300 billion is a pass thru bribe to other nations for the inconvenience this war has caused them. They will make money from us by building things in Iran.
