I know now how the guys in the 90’s felt when I first started hearing hunting was becoming a rich man’s game. At a certain age you can get out moneyed in a hurry. I’m 46 and I don’t think I would ever pay 100$ an acre for lease land. Someone in their 20’s or 30’s may be ok with it. No telling what people will be paying in 20 years. Yeah, I'll just go back to my roots before I pay that.
