Not the averages, but the lowest gains since 2000 was under obama in 2008 at -37.00%. Highest since 2000 was under trumps in 2019 at 31.49%.
My point to him was a record high of the DOW was reached multiple times in each one of their presidencies
Trumps policies overall are more favorable to the market than the other 2 but the market does what it does…..
