Thanks. They are really getting settled in and comfortable with us now. I've started some training and they learn very fast. Their temperament is a good mix of raw energy and a "we aim to please" attitude. For training they need to be worked with individually, of course. Both are different in personality but they are good pups. Still on three meals per day and growing fast. They usually eat puppy chow once each day but the other meals are either shredded chicken, scrambled eggs, or what we call goulash (rice, sweet potatoes, peas, carrots and meat from chicken legs) that we make in the pressure cooker. They are already losing some of the puppy fuzz and getting shiny black fur down their backs. All of our dogs (four) are much healthier on the food we fix them here. With dog food $50 per bag, its actually cheaper to make it here anyway. My Golden's temperament is a mix of raw energy and an 'I do what I want' attitude. When you have time, I would love to hear more about your homemade dog food recipe. I have always worried about not giving them the right nutrients with a homemade diet and have been hesitant to try
