That can be said about pretty much anywhere. I just moved outside the city limits of a town I lived in for the last 20 years. It has grown exponentially over that time but still only has a population of about 13k people. Talking to some of the folks around here though, that might as well be a population of 900k. Traffic is something that is getting noticeably worse over time.
