So much bigger than when I was there in 90s. Use to be longish drive between AU and opelika then. It connects now! Moved back for few years 2007-2010! Had grown tremendously! Then went back years later - grown tremendously again!!

We moved our youngest in today. Classes start Monday. Bittersweet for his mother and I as we officially begin the pseudo empty nester stage of life. He’s a smart boy like his mother and prepared but I already miss him. We take all three of ours down tomorrow. My oldest will be a senior and moves in his apartment Thursday. We’ll move the twins in their place over the next couple of days. I’m going to miss them terribly.

My Oldest daughter just graduated From AU this past Saturday,I’ve always been a Bama fan but I do like Auburn way way better than Tuscaloosa,the town and campus are so much nicer,love going up there tailgating and hanging out.

I graduated from Auburn in 92. The campus is even more beautiful now but the giant 5 to 6 story apartment buildings they've built on College Street have ruined the small town feel IMHO.

Who remembers a drive-in theater in Auburn or when Opelika road was a 2 lane? How about when frat row was opposite of AU library? The only frat that is left is Fiji House.
