I was just getting mower gas and decided to start putting just 3 gallons in my 5 gallon race jug so it would be a little lighter. I thought damn I guess at 54 I'm getting old.

Losing significant weight and cutting out alcohol and sugar has eased probably 90% of my aches and pains. I went about 6 months with ZERO processed sugar. Only sugar I got was fresh fruit. literally within about 10-14 days, I felt significantly better. Just far fewer aches and stiffness.

If I didn't hurt every morning, I'd think I was dead. Between the ibuprofen, Tylenol, vitamins, fiber gummies (yep, that needs help too the older you get) and seven daily prescriptions I’m taking, you’d think my bathroom counter is a satellite branch of a pharmacy. I started on the Fiber Gummies a few weeks back and it is amazing how much they make certain things easier. I'm a believer. Put me on the Pro-bidet list.......it will change your life. I've never understood the folks against them. If you got crap on your hands, would you just wipe it off with a piece of paper and call it good, or would you WASH your hands?
Why is your butthole any different? Well for starters, I don't eat with my butthole. It would sure be convenient if you could, no handling food just sit on it. Of course, I like the taste of food so that might put a damper on that.
