Rise in Income isn’t even close to keeping up with how fast everything else is rising. Our household income is significantly higher than it’s ever been and while we’re not struggling to make ends meet and save for retirement, we still have to be careful with how we spend money. And we don’t have a bunch of expensive stuff. Typical house, 1 car payment and that’s it for debt.

It’s demoralizing
