Trespassing cost in court is less than a lease cost. This is what aggravates me to no end. As far as trespassing goes, when I catch them and call the LEO they have to give them a warning. Next time they are caught they are supposed to get the ticket. Catching them the second time is the hard part. Most times the trespassers are armed-been there and done that. That's because Alabama cops must actually witness most misdemeanors to do a warrantless arrest. A good cop will show up, ask you if you want them to leave, and if they aren't immediately heading out they get arrested because the cop just witnessed their trespass.
