I think Marshall Co is overrun with so many delinquents that they arent able to house them all…….I’ve got two cousins and an uncle currently in jail there and another cousin that used to be in and out of it all the time before he died……Seems like they charge folks some money for going through the system, turn them loose, and wait for them to come back…….rinse and repeat…..In a way I understand their challenge though because there’s really no way to logistically deal with the issues they are so rampant…..Been that way a long time too
