That bunch in marshal county is a joke. Caught a boy breaking in my cousins house, had a Rambo knife and pills on him. Held him at gun point for 45 min with a single barrel in a rain storm. When they got there guy had been out of pen for exactly 1 week. Pills were in bottle with someone else’s name on it, Deputy told me if they took him to jail prosecutor would turn him loose first thing in the morning. They cut him loose and told him if he came back I could legally shoot him. I saw him ride by exactly 2 hours after they cut him loose on same motorcycle while I was setting in my barn at 2am trying to calm down. They said cause I just caught him parking his bike 100 yards from house and slipping up to house jiggling doors that he technically didn’t break and enter.
Marshall county more worried about building new jail and staying in news wanting money than helping working folks.
