Mrs. Marsh had to have a partial hysterectomy a couple years ago. Supposedly they took the parts that has some to do with her not really going through a menopause. So far there has not been much of an issue with that. YET!!!!

Fellow sufferer here. Hormone replacement therapy could have saved me some misery IF I had started 10 years earlier but that was when the "medical industry" was telling women that it elevated their breast cancer risk and no one wants THAT! I did some research later on and found that HRT reduced risks of osteoporosis, heart disease and alzheimers, all of which I was much more genetically at risk for than breast cancer. I went with synthetic hrt which seemed to give better results from the hot flashes, mood, and even memory than the bioidentical hrt.
Yes, we know we're annoying untreated. Imagine being us... but keep encouraging treatment options! My mother was going through menopause while I was a nasty axe teenager, circa 1978ish. We were constantly at a cat fight. I've never known another woman suffer from hot flashes at the rate my mother did. Thankfully, that alleviated as I grew up and out of the house. But I can only wish she might have sought treatment because she had a strong case of osteoporosis which caused her an injury that greatly diminished her way of life in her later years. So it is not just right now we need help, it is our future selves that hrt will definitely help, according to recent research.
