Last year was rough for us and our pups. We lost 2 of the 4 we had, one to a rattler that was under our back porch and the other got out of the underground fence (joke of a system, BTW) and got hit on a dead end residential street... Needless to say, a new fence (a real one) is about to be going up. Last weekend we got two new Aussie pups from the same litter. Thanks guys. They are an adventure and we're enjoying them. Last night was the first one that no one peed in the crate. That's a milestone. I heard one bark early this morning and rushed down to let them out. They barely made it to the grass... LOL. They rough house all day. The pups come inside while I fix their lunch each day, then it's in the crate with the fan on for an afternoon nap. Here's a shot (thru a dirty screen) of them at nap time after a good scrambled egg lunch. Skip and Remie got their new dog house yesterday. I also got a large area fenced for them, though they get let out when we're out in the yard with them. At night they sleep in a crate on the back porch.
