Precisely my point. It will just lie to you or make stuff up if it doesn’t have an answer, more often than you think

AI is awful. I’ve tested it on several subjects and the information it provides is terribly wrong. I don’t trust it for anything.

I like to ask the same question multiple times in a row. It never gives the same response twice

AI is fine if you know what prompts to ask and how to word it. If you ask it questions for information that lead it towards opinions and not facts it isn’t worth a crap. Especially the free versions. Specialized AI can save you a ton of money if you need it.

I got a few quotes from some companies to build a 1 page landing site and provide a social media growth plan for a side business and they ranged from 2500-3500 dollars. I built a multi page website with integrated email and got several social media plans for $125. I’m an idiot on the computer and it did take me about 6 man hours to get it done. I just had to keep tweaking the commands until everything was like I wanted it. Someone with a little bit of knowledge in this area could probably do it in a hour. Not to mention a ton of other business plan info that I could not have gotten on my own.

I’ve asked it the same questions 6 different ways and got 6 wrong responses.

I also had AI provide a response and references for the response. When you read the references they directly contradict the response it provided. AI is absolute trash.

Even though we built our cabin in the woods on 10 acres, we are technically in "a development" complete with a POA and yearly POA fees. TO get to all of our properties we have to traverse the first mile of our gravel road through National Park Service land. We have deeded access through that land. However when it came time to run city water from Fort Payne Water Authority to all our properties, the water company had to run the water about another half a mile east down the mountain on 35 and then turn back up the mountain and back up to the part of the road that we collectively own and maintain.

I'm assuming we did it this way, because The Park Service wouldn't let us run the water across their property on our deeded right of way. The power to all of our properties is not run along that part of the road either.
