I listened and enjoyed it as well. His experiences are mostly in Texas or with some high quality properties however when someone dedicates their whole livelihood to deer and deer hunting I think it is wise (no pun intended) to listen. Plus he seems like a very genuine and most important to me a Godly man.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Got to spend some time with him about 20 years and even on his day off he wanted to talk deer. He is also a huge man and I know time has taken its toll on him. He knew his stuff and was a true pleasure to be around. He loves to talk pistols also!

He was first person I ever saw hunting with a Thompson Center Encore like 30 years ago. I bought one shortly after and still use it.

He was at the deer expo in Mobile in 1989 I believe. He an Al Brothers were both there and just starting to talk about QDM.

Pulled up to a camp for a week of turkey hunting in Abilene Tx 20 yrs ago. He was on the porch filming the end of his episode. We had no clue literally just pulled up from driving straight from Alabama. He was a real ass about it. Don’t care for him

I'm with Ant, I think in person he is an asshole.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

I've met several of these outdoors celebrities. Some are not what they portray on TV. Met Bushman many years ago, and maybe he was having a bad day. But not impressed.

The coolest one I met was TK, from TK & Mike. We talked for probably 20 minutes, and he was just like on his videos. Mike sat over there and never said one word. I had a Bama shirt on, and TK was an Auburn guy, so we joked around about that. Great guy!

Hated when he passed away.

I met Bill Jordan and David Blanton a few times, they were really nice, Bill went out of his way to invite me up to their room at Talladega to autograph some stuff for me even after a car they were sponsoring just got wrecked in the nationwide, was the year Edward's flipped on his top and pulled a Ricky Bobby 🤣🤣🤣

David Blanton is good people.

I've heard different stories about Bill though.

I have only met a few TV hunters, but my favorite was Greg Miller. I use to be big into the Primetime hunting VHS tapes back in the day. He was by far my favorite at the time. Met him at a show and he was just a cool guy to talk with. I use to smoke back then and told my wife I was going to step outside and smoke a cigarette and he said he would walk out with me because he needed a break. Just a cool guy.
Met David Blanton once and he was one of the nicest and down to earth guys I’ve ever met.

Watched one of his shows years ago and he was hunting with some stupid pistol and shot a buck thru the backstraps with it and lost it. I'm thinking if he can't shoot the damn pistol any better than that he needs to stick with a rifle. Seems like a know it all. Never watched any of his drivel again.
