What if you saw a bunch of deer every time you went and killed a nice buck every year?? This. I don’t know anything about the posting but I’ve seen property that has went for 60-80/acre that would blow a majority of leases out the water as far as quality hunting is concerned. And those were all less than 200 acre tracts with most being under 100.
