I got off all the meds. I don't eat Rice, Bread or other high carb foods. Exception is potatos in limited quantity.

Many of my meals are meat only. Or meat and low carb veggies. Not saying I can't have bread or carbs ever, but very limited.

Tossed the Metformin when I saw it contributes to neuropathy. That was my main symptom and complaint.

I've been doing treatment for over a year for the neuropathy. NerveSpa Pro twice a day for 30 minutes. Followed by Infrared treatment 6 minutes per foot twice a day.

I've kind hit a wall on those helping. But also I'm not as consistent when busy as I am when slow.

Methylene Blue started a few weeks ago and that made a noticeable difference.

Progressed from numbness up to my ankles to tingles and pain returning, sporadically, as the nerves come back online. Can't say I enjoy that, but I know it's healing when it happens.

I'd say they're about 90% of what they were before the treatments. The diagnosis before treatment was pretty bad, close to a record per the doc. I was stumbling, falling, unbalanced constantly. Toe drop was real bad.

None of that for a long long time now. So it's working.

I generally try to avoid breakfast. Eat no carb lunch around 1ish. Eat low carb dinner by 6 and nothing after that. Provides the best result.

Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
