Tell us about that glaze. Just Honey, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, and a little salt and pepper. I put it on about an hour before it was done. Then again after I took it off the smoker. Good deal. I've used a recipe for a glaze that was made with all that plus a fruit juice like pineapple, apple or even orange. You had to bring it all to a boil before brushing it on to dissolve the brown sugar and achieve the glaze affect. Yep! Did the same thing on the stove to melt the sugar.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I have a recteq. For most meat I use the low setting. This gives the most smoke flavor. On chicken I crank it up to 325 after 2 hrs on low. Chicken comes out delicious and not dry. I always check internal temp.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

My Traegar doesn't smoke enough. I am interested in that Zgrill. Please pop back in and do a review on it after a few cooks. They had a heck of a sale, buy one get 10 or something. Now its buy one get 4 I think. You keep it 5 years and get a fresh one for free but I think you have to pay shipping each time. Let us know

Let us know Darryl, I've used it 3 times so far, 2 hams, and a Turkey Breast. All turned out great. Yeah they have a deal where after 3 years, if you want to upgrade, you just pay the difference. Same one, just pay shipping. Love mine so far. Lot's of smoke.
