Why don't you form a complaint against him for harrasment? Sending all these letters and using his sister who does not even have a license to practice in alabama. I bet her bar association would love to get a copy of those letters along with a complaint. He just has no sense of humor (or maybe he does from the point of view he posted in the first place). Bar him from the Aldeer website. When he continues to send these letters your getting by signature required, refuse them and file a complaint with the locals. You could always block the IP's from up that way so he cannot access the website too. How should I go about lodging this complaint? Contact local law enforcement or inform my lawyer? I think I'm gonna keep what I will be doing to myself. He has moles in here reporting back to him. I'd contact the post master first.
