Love em. But never tried cooking them. Looks Great!
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Love em. But never tried cooking them. Looks Great! I would have loved that meal - it brings back some GREAT memories. I've never cooked them either; but, when I was a teenager, my cousin and I hauled hay for Thompson's Farms in the Summers and he had probably 10 or so 2-3 acre farm ponds on his properties. He would allow us to go frog hunting on his ponds and we'd catch/kill probably 30-40 a night (we'd shoot them with 22-shorts and scoop them with a dip net - we'd just about fill a burlap sack with them). We'd go 4-5 times a year and my uncle would fry those things up with french fries and hush puppies, they were incredible.

Man, that brings back memories. We gigged so many one night in a canoe, we could barely stand up to get out of the boat. Me, my dad, and one of his friends. After cleaning all those, I didn't eat them for years.
Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.

I like it. Thanks for posting. yes memories revisited. Wading a few swamps and creeks. Beavers slapping the water a few snake eyes looking at ya. Ponds and flat bottom boats.

When I was young and had an airboat I helped a friend in the professional gigging business with something. His thank you was 10 pounds of dressed frog legs. I fried a bunch up and made a pig of myself and of course got sick from excess consumption. Ever since then I can’t eat them. But they do look good. 👍
