I'm assuming that is your B-day. Unfortunately SS pays a month in arrears, so you will not get your first draw until late-September if you become eligible on Aug 19. Govt screws you even when you're eligible to draw the money that you were screwed on when you were forced to pay it in to start with. LOL It's a great system.
Not my birthday. They hold out two months give or take. Birthday is next week
My approval email says it will start August 19
