Agreed but my FIL has done it this way for 40 years to keep it looking good around our place. I have suggested goat but nobody want to deal with goats around my house so awe choose to keep cutting the grass. A lot of time and gas but it is what it is.

Well, I’ve heard it said many times “if you can keep water in, you can keep goats 🐐 in”!
