Two of you here are using Crepe Myrtle. I've never put any out so I know little about what works best and why. Is it better for attracting them? Lasts longer? Something about the way it shows on sonar? Why not Cedar, Leland Cypress, Water Oak, Boxwood, etc.? It's just the best available to me. It holds up for at least a few years.
