Its going to depend on the jury. The prosecution has made in my opinion a very solid case, but juries are not selected by IQ. My brother is a prosecutor.
He's told me you cannot predict how kneegrows on a jury will react to indisputable evidence. There are NO BLACKS on the jury. It matters more how the general population reacts to it in the form of rioting, burning, looting, etc
