Its going to depend on the jury. The prosecution has made in my opinion a very solid case, but juries are not selected by IQ.

i am worried the hordes of radical, insane, Racist blacks calling for the deaths of white people outside the courthouse is going to
- intimidate the jury into pushing forward a not guilty verdict OR -cause nationwide race riots like George Floyd if he is found guilty
Neither outcome is going to be good for normal people
There won't be any race riots in the south. They do that in places like LA and Seattle where they know the odds for severe legal repercussions and death are low.

I dont think there will be riots over this one. There will be some moaning and such but this one is pretty clear even to them.

I'm not as certain of that as you are. The judge lowered the bond from $1 million to $250,000 on April 14, 2025. As part of the ruling, he was released from jail and placed under house arrest with an ankle monitor and other conditions. How many murderers get that kind of treatment?

There are NO BLACKS on the jury.
It may actually wind up in SCOTUS. Not a jury of his peers . Before someone says no on SCOTUS , I'll tell ya a little, very true story. There is a Lawyer in Scottsboro , John Porter, who had a male client who had a all female jury . They ruled against him . They took it all the way to the SCOTUS and won because it wasn't a jury of his peers. It was a landmark case and is cited often. This case happened just before the OJ Simpson mess and was cited to get the trial moved out of Simi Valley . I'm shocked when striking the jury , there wasn't at least one black on the jury. If convicted , he will most likely get a new trial because of no blacks on the jury.

There were several in striking the jury. There were 3 blacks in the group. All 3 were local teachers and were struck because of potential sympathy issues with him being a student. One even said under oath during questioning, that she was not sure that she could vote to convict because "he is a student and just a child and looks too young to go to jail for the rest of his life." As a prosecutor, there's no way I would want a teacher on the jury. Personally, I think this is and has been the defense's plan. They know they have a loser of a case and he's going to be convicted. They objected to the prosecution striking the 3 teachers and with no blacks on the jury, it gives them automatic appeal and the ability to drag it out for years and years.
