Its going to depend on the jury. The prosecution has made in my opinion a very solid case, but juries are not selected by IQ. That is my concern. Dumbass feeble jurors who would rather let emotions steer the ship instead of facts and evidence. IMO the fact that he had a knife at a high school track meet should be the end of the story
